affairs reports from South Africa
for Trace TV. TRACE is distributed via satellite
on pay TV platforms in 140 countries, and is
currently the leading music/youth channel in
Africa.

Black Coffee, and Zola are just some of the
artists and designers featured on CODE, the
hit series devoted to all things urban and youthful,
for which Fireworx Media and Black RageProductions
produces all the local SA content
TRACE was launched in 2003, following the acquisition
and re-branding of MCM Africa by Alliance TRACE
Media, holding company of TRACE Group. MCM Africa
was at that time the number one music channel
in French speaking African countries.
From 2003 to 2009, TRACE has increased dramatically
its presence in Africa through various distribution
contracts, content and marketing initiatives.
